Josh/ Rocky installed a new furnace and central air conditioner unit. They were both professional,knowledgeable about the equipment being installed. They made sure everything was working and up to our satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the service Scaran provided and would recommend and use them again.
We had to replace our HVAC and called Scaran. We've used them for years and they sent us the best technicians to do the job. Josh, Rocky, and Frank. Very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better company to do the work!

Had a great guy come out to my house twice.
2nd time I felt like a banana after it was just a door needed to be closed so furnace would turn on and he felt terrible I still had to use a service call for that but all fixed and no problems afterwards.
Added after owner response . The worker came out for a different appliance , so it wasn't his fault at all. Just wish I saw it the first time.
The Scaran tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly found the source of the leak - a pipe that had frozen - and repaired it. He then checked the operation of the heating system to make sure everything was working properly. He gave excellent advice on how to avoid the pipe freezing and leaking again. I found Scaran and Steve's service to be prompt, effective, and done very professionally. I commend them.
I had heating installed in my 3rd floor bathroom which isn't easily accessible from the boiler that is located in the basement. Scaran did an excellent job researching options. They installed a wall mounted radiant heating unit that plugs into an existing outlet. It's sleek and heats up the space nicely. I'm very happy with the unit and highly recommend Scaran for great customer service and value.
