We had issues with no hot water. Michael did a wonderful job with discovering the issue and ordering the part necessary. He was very through in explaining the issue and the mechanics of the system. Central A/C problem, called for service at 9am and told technician could come between 1 and 7pm. Scaran called and said they were coming around noon. Daniel diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
Doesn't get better than that.
