Late in the day on one of the hottest days of the year, my air condition that was still under warranty had an issue. I called Scaran And a very courteous and professional lady. I believe her name was Donna. (Sorry if I'm wrong ) answered. The phone she told me she would dispatch someone right away. Because the A. C was under warranty. I didn't think I would get such quick service, especially on the same day, literally within 15 minutes a professional, courteous and very knowledgeable technician named Kyle showed up diagnosed the problem Fixed it within minutes and was on his way without costing me one Penny, I highly recommend this company. I have used them on three occasions and have never been let down.
Carlos & his team did a fantastic job servicing my air conditioner. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. Their attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was working perfectly really stood out. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they finished. Ethan and his crew were amazing. They knew what they were doing regarding the split Mitsubishi ac system. They also were very inexpensive compared to the market and they care. Ethan also helped us fix and clean several other as well.
