Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he guided me through the repair process and repaired my air conditioner and just made the the experience pleasant, which is not the way most repairman leave you feeling today.

The technician, James DeLeo, was very prompt, professional and diligent. He spent time, did research and was successful in diagnosing and completing the repair. I really appreciated his determination and "stick with it" approach to achieve a repair instead of a complete replacement. That shows integrity builds trust with your company.
My only beef is not with James, but the company. I had two separate issues and was charged two separate base house calls fees, ($149.00 each) though the technician only made one trip. I could understand paying full price $149.00 and an additional portional fee for the additional diagnosis & his time, but double feels sketchy since part of that fee is to have travel/him show up at my home.
I thought the cost of the repair itself was reasonable. But you guys can do better for the house call fee structure.
