He was very polite and explained what he was doing and I appreciate that not knowing is horrible and he did explain what he was doing every step of the way I thank you for sending him my oil and I pay the service so therefore I didn't have to pay anything today I straightened out my checking account so the payment went through and all other payments will automatically go through without a problem thank you for your service
