He was very polite and explained what he was doing and I appreciate that not knowing is horrible and he did explain what he was doing every step of the way I thank you for sending him my oil and I pay the service so therefore I didn't have to pay anything today I straightened out my checking account so the payment went through and all other payments will automatically go through without a problem thank you for your service

My water heater broke and Scaran replaced it on very short notice. I was very grateful they were able to help me on the same day I called. Terrific service. Alex from Scaran did the installation. Along with another guy he completed the install in about 2 1/2 hours. They worked fast. They were very professional. Alex made sure to protect my wooden floors by laying down vinyl tarps, they removed the old water heater and took it away.
I would recommend Scaran to anyone looking for a water heater. Their price couldn't be more reasonable.
