First tech inspected & rinsed out filters for me – told me what it actually needed and the cost upfront. follow up with James and Frank who gave the unit a thorough deep cleaning. it definitely helped to make the AC unit work better. 5* for James and Frank, but was a bit pricey
They are tenacious in fixing my boiler problem even though they did not install the crap unit. Highly discourage anyone from buying a tankless Weil Mclain. Horrible piece of equipment ?????
But thankfully Scaran has been able to help me. Every technician has been knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Pricey but worth it.
