Eric and Frank came by to do some routine maintenance on our tankless water heater and furnace. They arrived promptly on time for the appointment and thoroughly handled the job expeditiously and answered all of my questions with professionalism! Highly recommend.
boiler was not operating. called Scaran at 9am on a Sunday and a service tech was on site before noon, finished by 1PM, with things working just fine again. Quick, efficient, clean. Since I already am a client, I believe the work was covered under that contract, so no additional fees.
The area in which I live had a power outage. When the power returned, the thermostat flashed a voltage warning. I called Scaran and almost immediately got an appointment for a technician to come.
Wonderful attention as always! Follow up to our recent furnace installation. Check calibration, duct setup, and fan and thermostat settings. All good, Scaran are the best!
Scaran to the rescue!!
I had issue with my water heater from work another company did prior. Scaran had there tech Kyle come out to assist us! He worked efficiently and was quick to asses the problem and get my hot water running again!
These guys are honest, and affordable I'll be going to them for all my future hvac needs!!
Brandon did a great job performing the boiler tune up. He was knowledgeable and courteous.
