Scaran was easy to reach & came out the same day. The tech Kyle was very professional & quickly diagnosed my issue and repaired it. Overall great experience!
Scaran Company installed my AC, heating, and water heater systems. I chose high-end equipment and paid a lot of money for what was supposed to be the quietest units, but they are very noisy.
I contacted them about the noise, and they sent someone to adjust the fan speed, but the units are still loud. The air filter housing appears to be a homemade, low-quality installation, and they also provided a very basic thermostat model.
I am totally disappointed with their service and the quality of the installation.
The premium price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of workmanship, equipment, and customer service.

Chris did a wonderful job in replacing my hot water heater in a very tight space. Very patient and showed great poise in tackling a tough job.
