Once again, a very welcomed visit as Tim provided maintenance for my HVAC. He was polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Just a pleasure.
I called in the afternoon for a plumbing issue and luckily was able to get a technician in an hour and half. We didn't know exactly where the leak was coming from but Alex K was able to find it. He explained everything throughout the process and was extremely professional. From the time I called to the end of a job that needed a wall cut and a pipe replaced was under 3 hours. Alex K was great and I would highly recommend Scaran's plumbing service.
I just wanted to thank the two service technicians who serviced our two water boilers on Friday, November 3, 2023 for their thoroughness in efforts to make sure that my equipment was running as efficient as possible. Thank you again Scaran for your professional staff.

Just had my annual maintenance for heating system. Brandon was very professional and pleasant. I really like that Scaran comes when they say they will and appreciate the heads-up phone call that the technician is on the way.
I had scheduled a heater/boiler annual check-up a few weeks ago. The original appointment was for December. Yesterday (10/26) I received a call from Scaran because they had an availability. Later in the day, Lou and Will arrived promptly. They were both very professional and courteous. They finished the job timely and clean. Thank you Scaran for rescheduling and thank you to Lou and Will for your professionalism.
Alex K and Michael K replaced and installed a new pipe for us. They were courteous, hard working and knowledgeable. This is our second time using Scaran. They will be our go to for any plumbing / heating needs.
Have been dealing with Scaran for many years. The staff are all professional and respond quickly to whatever is needed. John Beynon came on time and addressed the issue with professionalism and quickly resolved the problem that he could and gave very useful advice to avoid future problems. He then got in touch with the company to address another issue that he knew who could fix it. He even came by to see how they were doing. Overall extremely satisfied with the company and personal service. I also want to give a shout out to Alex K and Michael K. They came and addressed the plumbing issue that required work to reestablish our heating problem. They not only fixed the problem but came back to be sure it was working properly. All in all, all three technicians were great.
