Had a great guy come out to my house twice.
2nd time I felt like a banana after it was just a door needed to be closed so furnace would turn on and he felt terrible I still had to use a service call for that but all fixed and no problems afterwards.
Added after owner response . The worker came out for a different appliance , so it wasn't his fault at all. Just wish I saw it the first time.
The Scaran tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly found the source of the leak - a pipe that had frozen - and repaired it. He then checked the operation of the heating system to make sure everything was working properly. He gave excellent advice on how to avoid the pipe freezing and leaking again. I found Scaran and Steve's service to be prompt, effective, and done very professionally. I commend them.
I had heating installed in my 3rd floor bathroom which isn't easily accessible from the boiler that is located in the basement. Scaran did an excellent job researching options. They installed a wall mounted radiant heating unit that plugs into an existing outlet. It's sleek and heats up the space nicely. I'm very happy with the unit and highly recommend Scaran for great customer service and value.

Called Scaran Heating for emergency service to my heating unit. The Technician arrived within an hour of the call and repaired the unit.

I have had a contract with Scaran for many years and your scheduling and promptness to my requests has always been outstanding. In the last few days starting Saturday November 30th, 2024 my heating system began to fail and Donna with Scaran and others made sure that an emergency tech ( he came 2 times in one day ) would come to my home. As it was determined that I needed a new system, it was scheduled immediately and to make a long story short, the system is completed
and we have heat. One more thing, your technicians that did the job were excellent in every way ( excellent employees and professionally knowledgeable ). These are employees to reward and keep. So happy I called Scaran for my preseason Heating tune up. Scaran definitely had the best price around, and I was extremely pleased with the technician Tim! Not only is he one of the nicest techs I've met, extremely courteous and always conscious of keeping the home clean, but he did a thorough job on my heating system. Went above and beyond to ensure it was operating, gave me great advice. Tim is definitely an asset to Scaran and they have made a new customer!
