They came on time, put a white carpet out throughout my house so where they walked they didn't dirty my floors. They were polite. Answered all my questions and installed my air conditioning and heating units with tankless hot water heater in less than a day. The digital thermostat is great. I can cool Or heat my home an hour before I get there. So the systems don't have to run all day.

I have been a SCARAN Gold Plan member since 1999 for both my home and my Mom's home providing me with same day service. I have utilized the plan numerous times while at work when Mom would call me to inform me of an issue. SCARAN woulod have it fixed by the time I got home. The cost is very affordable and it provides me with piece of mind. Well worth it.
