Daut quickly found a problem and fixed it.
We had issues with no hot water. Michael did a wonderful job with discovering the issue and ordering the part necessary. He was very through in explaining the issue and the mechanics of the system. Thank you for schooling me and keeping me assured I was in great hands. Very experienced and glad I had Scaran finish the job. Thank you always for doing an excellent job.
Central A/C problem, called for service at 9am and told technician could come between 1 and 7pm. Scaran called and said they were coming around noon. Daniel diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
Doesn't get better than that.
