Danny was great and very knowledgeable.
The gentleman replaced two screws on the compressor to stock the load metal screeching sound. Why didn't this be addressed during my spring A/C tuneup? It would have saved my the $49 service call charge! I was glad they new what was causing the loud noise.
Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he guided me through the repair process and repaired my air conditioner and just made the the experience pleasant, which is not the way most repairman leave you feeling today.
