Scaran never disappoints. Both technicians were professional and courteous. When done they explained everything to me. Had leak alarm installed. Decided to get leak breaker also. Tech explained this also. It will be installed this week.
Very nice tech and job well done.
Refrigerant added to central air conditioner. First repairman could not diagnose the problem. Second day the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Cost of refrigerant was expensive.

Water leaking from Saran unit whilst on today. Brandon Gonzalez came on time and was very professional and informative about the problem. He did a good and thorough job and shows good personal skills. It took him about 40 minutes to clean the blockage thoroughly.
