Fine. I would've been happier if they had a person who could bring the part to me that day. It was 95 out w no air. I'm not at all happy w the quality of these products. We brought the best ones that was recommended n I've had 2 repairs. I also purchased a new ac n heating unit that she has had constant problems w both. We have had to add Freon for the last 2 yrs. That was the same problem we had w her old ac. Constant leaks even putting the dye in. The leak wasn't found until they were removing the unit. Those were ur techs both times. Last year they figured to send out the service contract n we were forced to pay for ur mistake. Ur phone reps says that happens when customers get screwed because u system missed customer's bill for the bee contract. Not a penny off. Not we're sorry. This is what happens when a business gets 2 big n forgets the customers their stepping on get where they r.

Richie did an excellent job. He was thorough and the system is back up and running. I will definitely be working with Scaran in the future.
Tech Joe Scotto was efficient, knowlegeable and polite. Got the job done. AC needed freon.
