This will be only my second review on any company, 1st was Hamilton Accounting in brooklyn now Scaran. This was our first time using scaran and our sales rep Robert and the 2 install techs were absolutely amazing. Gami and Aaron worked nearly 12 hours in the heat to get the job done. I was so thankful we decided to go with scaran! They were neat, professional and considering the horrific rain we had they were relentless in getting the job done. Gami and Aaron are 2 great employees Scaran. definitely want the same techs next year when we do our other unit

Your technician Brandon G. did a thorough and comprehensive a/c maintenance service. I had many questions about my unit and he patiently answered all of them and even tagged areas for me that I was not familiar with.
Scaran seems to hire very nice professional technicians that are very helpful and knowledgeable. This time I had a young man named Brandon the kid is unbelievable so respectful , so helpful and it's so nice to see. I would only use scaran because of people like Brandon.
We had Scaran come yesterday to put in a mini-split air conditioning system. I have to say that we were thrilled with Scaran from start to finish. Anthony came to give us the original estimate, and he highly impressed us. He was friendly, informative, professional, and honest. We were comfortable with him immediately, and decided to use Scaran for the job because of him. We had already had 2 other estimates, but when Anthony came, we knew that we wanted Scaran to do the job. Our choice turned out to be the perfect one! Yesterday, the workers came nice and early, and really took the time and care to lay a foam-like cover on my floors - not just paper. This protected the floors from the dirt and the ladders. I was highly impressed, as I have had work done in the house before, and never had anyone use such quality material to protect my floors. The workers, Aaron and Matt, were such pleasant, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful people. They cared for my house as if it were their own. They were so appreciative of us offering them bottles of water - just so nice! We said that they could use the front door to go in and out to the truck, which would have been easier for them, but they politely declined, as they did not want to track anything through the house. They worked beautifully, and did exactly what we hoped for. The work was impeccable, and they took the time to clean up after. Anthony came back to check the work - also impressive. We are more than happy with Scaran, and thank Anthony, Aaron, and Matt for all they did. It was a wonderful experience, and I HIGHLY recommend Scaran for any work. I will certainly use them again!
the technician was joey. he appears to be very knowledgeable explained everything he did. he did more than anyone else has done
We have the annual service contract for our heating and AC. Mike O came for the work. He was on time professional neat and efficient.

We have been customers of Scaran for many years and they have always been professional and prompt in their response, service and diagnostics. We also utilize a service plan with them for seasonal maintenance that they offer which allows us priority for emergencies. All of their technicians have been polite and professional. The technician we deal with, John Beynon, is professional, courteous and an excellent diagnostic tech. He always goes over and beyond checking to make sure the job is done properly, meticulously and complete. He is mindful of our home, he always wears shoe covers to protect our floors as he works and is a pleasure to deal with.
