They just completed a full replacement of our heating and air conditioning units. Wonderful from start to finish. Rob, the estimator worked with us to find a price point that we could be comfortable with and the install team was incredible. One of Staten island's oldest establishments and absolutely the best. Lou & Will came today to repair my heating system. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, clean and most important able to diagnose and repair the problem in a short amount of time.

I called in the afternoon for a plumbing issue and luckily was able to get a technician in an hour and half. We didn't know exactly where the leak was coming from but Alex K was able to find it. He explained everything throughout the process and was extremely professional. From the time I called to the end of a job that needed a wall cut and a pipe replaced was under 3 hours. Alex K was great and I would highly recommend Scaran's plumbing service.

Just had my annual maintenance for heating system. Brandon was very professional and pleasant. I really like that Scaran comes when they say they will and appreciate the heads-up phone call that the technician is on the way.
I had scheduled a heater/boiler annual check-up a few weeks ago. The original appointment was for December. Yesterday (10/26) I received a call from Scaran because they had an availability. Later in the day, Lou and Will arrived promptly. They were both very professional and courteous. They finished the job timely and clean.
