Prompt, professional and courteous. Tech found problem with my PTAC unit after prior HAVC company said unit was not repairable. That I should buy new! This is a four year old unit that was properly maintained.SCARAN order the part and should be received and installed next week. Some companies chase parts, SCARAN isolated the problem and confirmed the bad part.

I was getting heat in one of my radiators (during one of our summer heat waves!) and Brandon came over and (after much deliberation) replaced the stop check valve. He was pleasant, courteous and explained everything clearly to me which i really appreciated. All the staff members I have met or spoken with at Scaran have been super nice and friendly. Their customer service is excellent!
Arrived when scheduled, was given a great price on central air unit replacement by Robert. Very professional & patient, answered questions & made modifications on proposal as requested. Work was done by professional technicians. Office staff also very pleasant and returned calls quickly, overall a great experience with Scaran. Came highly recommended by neighbors. I highly recommend them too!
I had a six year old cooling and heating system installed in 5 rooms with one compressor. All of the refrigerant leaked out over the winter. Scaran spent many days locating and isolating the problem. While the part was covered, it had to come from the manufacturer in Japan. It took a while, but Scaran made sure that I had air conditioning in 4 out of 5 rooms. They were extremely professional, both technicians and office staff. Once the part came in, Scaran contacted me to do the install. It turned out that the part came damaged from the manufacturer. Scaran replaced the entire unit with no additional charge. All I paid for was labor to install the new unit. All in all, Scaran was very sympathetic to our needs, highly professional, scheduled work quickly, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business for your heating and air conditioning needs
