We had long dreaded replacing the boilers in our old house. But, it needed to be done and the Scaran crew could not have done anything to make a stressful project go more smoothly, from providing a reasonable, detailed estimate to the actual installation. We were replacing two boilers and so I assumed the job would take two full days, but they managed to send two crews and get the whole job done in one day. Their efficiency basically gave me a day off, for which I am deeply grateful. Everyone was courteous, professional, and reassuring. They are good communicators. I know this will sound strange, but the new boilers even look really good: bright, shiny, and ready to do the job.
Furnace service/battery
The service was outstanding. Both the maintenance and the oil delivery were the best. However, your price for fuel oil is high

James Deleo was excellent and did a wonderful job. He removed old insulation and installed 20 feet of suction line insulation.

All aspects of this heating and air conditioning installation were handled in a professional, courteous, and workmanlike manner. Particular care was taken regarding respecting my home and property. All work areas were cleaned up fully and neatly at the end of the installation and all the individuals involved with the sale and installation onsite and via the Scaran office were extremely well-mannered and respectful.
Brian tested everything. I showed him a video which had the funny noise in the unit but he said everything seemed fine. He noted the visit as unresolved and said if I hear it again to call. Seems ok now. He was very nice and made sure all was fine inside the unit.
